Job Description/Skills Required
- Cell culture (cell line & primary cell culture)
- Molecular biology gel electrophoresis, viability assay, PCR, qRT-PCR, ELISA, western blot, confocal microscopy & immunofluorescence
- Maintenance of cell biology facility, timely calibrations, validations for instruments and various classified rooms. Timely calibrations and validations for instruments and various LAFUs & BSL cabinets. Maintenance of test requisitions & filing of COAs, list preparation for raw materials & reagents/kits for inventory.
- Support for the patient derived cells.
- Study reports preparation and literature search for cell based biological assays for NCEs screening in-vitro.
