DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1 Process R&D – Pragathi Nagar (2–7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize API processes (lab to pilot scale).
- Conduct experiments, trials, and prepare technical reports.
- Support tech transfer to production.
- Ensure safety, process robustness and regulatory compliance.
Skills:
- Strong organic chemistry & API process knowledge.
2 AR&D – Pragathi Nagar (5–7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Method development & validation for APIs/intermediates.
- Operate HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF instruments.
- Prepare protocols & reports.
- Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP.
Skills:
- Analytical testing & documentation expertise.
3 HR – Gachibowli (4–6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination.
- Employee relations, training & policy execution.
- Statutory & audit support.
Skills:
- Good communication & HRMS knowledge.
4 QC – Choutuppal (1–4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Testing of RM, IP, FP using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR.
- Maintain COAs, logbooks & QC records.
- Support OOS/OOT investigations.

- Strong analytical instrument handling.
5 QA – Choutuppal (1–4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Review BMR/BPR, change control, CAPA, deviations.
- Support audits & regulatory documentation.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Handle RM/PM/FG storage & issuance.
