Job Description/skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years of expert level knowledge of core development experience with some people management experience. Preferably 70:30 principle, being 70 on technical & 30 on team management side.
- Must have knowledge on technologies Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and JQuery, Angular JS.
- Must have experience in performing code reviews of the developers in the team.
- Strong knowledge of core Java concepts & hand-on programming experience.
- Must have led software development teams using agile methodology like scrum.
- Experience with design patterns, unit testing, performance/memory analysis, and n-tier architecture.
- Experience of full software development life cycle.
- Ability to communicate with the business unit sponsors effectively.
