Qualification : B Pharm + MBA / M Pharm/ Science graduate with MBA
Experience : Min. 5 years experience as a PM in a reputed pharma company
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of brand target, market share and drives continuous growth for the given portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of the therapy area and plan the strategy that drives company vision for the therapy.
- Prepare brand budget and promotional activities. Manage the profitability (P&L) of assigned therapy.
- Brand differentiation within therapy space.
- Cross functional collaboration (Sales/Medical/Distribution)
- New product identification and portfolio management through market/primary/ secondary research
- Customers connect & KOL development through CME/Advisory/fieldwork to get marketing insights and feedback on brand activities.
- Deliver insights that drive team decisions on strategy and product development.
- Partner with Regional business leaders to identify, analyze and solve key challenges, leveraging your expertise to advise on strategic objectives and product roadmap.
- Translate data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive product adoption, customer satisfaction and investment decision.
