Job description
Role & responsibilities:
1.To ensure timely analysis and release of Raw Materials, Packaging Material, In Process Samples, Finish Product Samples, Water samples, Process Validation Samples and Hold Time Samples.
2. SOP and Protocol Preparation.
3. Review of Microbiology Laboratory Documents.
4. To ensure all analyst trained and certified to perform their respective job.
5. To ensure all the instrument and equipment should be qualified.
6. Handling of OOS investigation, Deviation investigation and document correction.
7. To ensure training of employee as per schedule.
8. To ensure compliance of all GLP and cGMP.
9. Audit Compliance.
10. To ensure all the instrument and equipment are calibrated as per schedule.
11. To ensure that validation & qualification activity in Microbiology Lab is performed as ; per schedule. 12. Ensure to follow the safety rule and use of suitable PPE by Employees.
13. Retrieval of formats/SOP/CSOP after training on revised SOP/CSOP version in Microbio Laboratory.
14. Ensure Laboratory is all time ready for audits.
15. Ensure Environmental monitoring in Aseptic Area, Controlled Area, Non Sterile Area and Microbio laboratory.
Qualification:Â B.Sc./M.Sc. Microbiology.
Experience: 08 to 12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical (FRM) industry.
