Job description
Role & responsibilities
Getting the shift plan from superiors and allocating the works and work instructions to Technicians.
Strictly following the GMP norms and Quality system of the organization without any deviation.
To ensure and follow online Documentation at shop floor.
To performing online in process quality checks and calibration of supporting equipment.
To perform and ensure contemporaneous in process quality checks.
To ensure calibration of equipment/instruments as per schedule.
To achieve planned output without any deviation.
Revision of batch documents like BMR, BPR, LOGBOOKS and other GMP documents as on when required.
Perform reconciliation of input materials and output products at end every batch production.
Responsible for review of executed batch records before submitting to QA and to address QA batch review comments if any.
To maintain area and equipment cleanliness along with personal hygiene conditions while working at process area.
To follow safety precautions while operating the machinery and equally responsible to escalate any unsafe condition at work place as well as within factory premises.
To Check and verify the Weighing details of input and output materials during start and end of the process respectively.
To inform any deviation and non-compliance online to production shop floor immediate supervisor and Quality Assurance supervisor.
To co-ordinate with R&D and TT departments during the execution of Exhibit and validation batches.
Responsible for batch record request in BIMS and receipt of printed batch record.
Responsible for batch creation and closing in Pharmasecure, Optel and Jekson systems during serialization and aggregation.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 3-7 yrs.
Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Pharmacy/ M.Sc./ M.Pharmacy

Blister Packing Machines: BQS/ B45/ Hoonga/ Uhlmann/ IMAPG
