Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Quality Assurance (DQA) professional with a strong foundation in formulations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our product development processes. This position requires a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and formulation development.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for formulation development projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential quality risks throughout the product lifecycle.
- Review and approve formulation development protocols, batch records, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and deviations in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality audits and inspections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Required Skillset:
- Minimum of 2 Years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of formulation development processes and challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA), and GMP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
