- Masters in Microbiology, Biotechnology , Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy
- 14 +years (sterile manufacturing validations, 3-4 Years in Vaccines/Biologics Industry) Well Versed With regulations of EU,US,ANVISA,WHO.
- Management of re validation schedules, resolve conflicts, trouble shoot issues during the qualification and validation activity.
- Event detection, deviation categorization, impact assessment, root cause investigation, corrective and preventative action implementation and effectiveness check.
- Provide leadership and collaborate with all functional areas to ensure Inspection readiness and draft responses for the regulatory and global audits.
- Review and Pre/Post Approval of URS/DQ/FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ/RQ protocols and reports for facility, Utility, Equipment’s and computerized systems.
- Preparation and Compliance to Project Master Commissioning Plan, Project Master Validation Plan, System Level Impact Assessment And Traceability Matrices.
