Job Description/Skills Required:
- Develop and execute innovate marketing plans founded on rich insights for the Lantus range to grow market share, brand equity metrics and longterm preference for the brand.
- Develop compelling communication across all channels , with a strong bias for new digital media and channels. Execute the Digital &MCE strategy for the brand and franchise.
- Engage with the field teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively. Champion customer engagement through personal commitment to field working and KOL engagement.
- Identify opportunities for the brand to grow including expansion of product portfolio, creation of new segments, smart pricing and partnerships.
- Lead , develop and provide guidance to a a team of one or more Senior Product managers
- Build a strong culture and reputation for collaboration within the BU and with key stakeholders from other BUs/functions
