Job description:
- 1. To assist in establishment of animal facility/vivarium as per CPCSEA, AAALAC, NRC and GLP principles 2. Preparation/review of SOPs required for functioning of animal house facility as per national and international standards 3. Perform/ensure animal health monitoring as per FELASA, CPCSEA, AAALAC and GLP requirements. Should be well versed/worked in a GLP certified facility and should demonstrate skills related to laboratory animals (rodents, rabbits), handling, dosing, anaesthesia/euthanasia, blood sampling, animal house keeping, health monitoring and clinical signs observation etc., Aware of national and international standards (CPCSEA, AAALAC and GLP etc.,) In addition, perform tasks as assigned by HOD/TFM
