Key Responsibilities
â–ª Theoretical understanding of the subject and assay principles.
â–ª The personnel should show technical competencies like –
â–ª Preparing Molar, Percent solutions using Molarity, Normality principles
â–ª Protein estimation, SDS-PAGE, PCR, Western Blot and ELISA techniques
â–ª Molecular biology techniques like plasmid isolation, restriction digestion, agarose gel electrophoresis, cloning and protein expression.
â–ª Knowledge on cell culture, cell line maintenance, cryo preservation, cell-based assays under sterile conditions
â–ª Knowledge on principles of Absorbance and Luminescence.
â–ª Knowledge to operate instruments like Micro weighing balance, Centrifuge, pH meter, Multimode plate readers, Flow cytometers etc.
â–ª Ability to learn and execute assigned tasks as per the protocols.
â–ª Maintain electronic lab notebook, documentation and reagent inventory
â–ª Ability to think logically with subject knowledge and to come up with solutions.
â–ª Basic understanding on MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
