Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Positions & Experience

• Quality Assurance Manager 12 -15 Years
• IPQA Assistant Manager 08-10 Years
• IPQA Executives 02-05 Years
• HPLC Analyst 02–05 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor in-process quality activities (IPQA) for pellet manufacturing.
• Review and approve BMR, BPR, SOPs, deviation reports, and change controls.
• Investigate and close Deviations, OOS, OOT, CAPA.
• Conduct in-process inspections and line clearance.
• Perform HPLC analysis for in-process, finished product, and stability samples.
• Interpret and record chromatograms and analytical results.
• Carry out system suitability tests, calibration of instruments.
• Prepare and maintain COA, worksheets, SOPs and audit trail.
• Handle OOS, OOT and deviation investigations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP / GLP / data integrity requirements.
• Support method validation and method transfer activitie
