- -To enable the on-boarding of seller partners and business value generation Create and maintain partner account relationships, create and drive opportunities directly and with partners Facilitate the processes, mechanisms and guardrails to improve the business partner experience Work closely with brands to improve their sales by benchmarking selection & pricing versus competition Enable the strengthening of the JioMart Marketplace by helping partners list on the platform Accountabilities Seller Partner Support and Business Growth Management Partner account management process for critical marketplace accounts Track and monitor key metrics for business growth and help in improving the overall consumer experience, in collaboration with other stakeholders Consistently deliver high service standards to significantly improve Seller Partner experience Sales Partner Relationship Management Source & build relationships with Brand & Seller Partners across the portfolio Be a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns Track Sales Partner satisfaction survey responses to analyse feedback
