Job description:
- Manage the Epilepsy portfolio & responsible for brand promotion, cycle campaign, inputs & briefing & coordinating with the filed force for promotional strategy implementation Develop and facilitate review of the Brand Plan for allocated products by defining the need of the customer, designing the marketing and creative inputs and facilitating the execution of the plan through the Sales team. To provide timely and pertinent inputs to the Sales team in order to maintain / improve health of the brand with the objective of achieving market share, sales and profits in line with specified objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Develop learning modules for the field force on marketing and promotional plan, conduct learning sessions, guide and develop rapport with the field staff in order to obtain the desired development of market share and sales.
