1.Coordinate with the site buyer and align with the RFP business requirements results to meet the RFP commitments and timeline.

2.Check the Open POs on daily basis, make sure the deliver schedules. Also, Monitoring the stock confirmation from PPIC, and cross verify the stocks with Open POs and arrival timelines.

3.Tracking the material release status with QC for the RFP materials

4.Check the safety stocks of common solvents required for RFP projects

5.Tracking the courier, transporter for timely receipt of materials

6.Monitoring the cylinder stocks (for RFP projects) and plan the staggered receipt of Cylinders (Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen and other speciality gases)

7.Co-ordinating with site buyer for Alternate vendor development by following up for the samples and vendor questionnaires for critical RM /Non-critical RM/catalyst/solvents

Coordinating with Warehouse:

1.Checking the SAP stocks & Physical stocks of project reserved materials, and coordinate with the Warehouse to assure the prompt material issuances as per production batch plan.

2.Check and share the pre-shipment documents, COAs, MSDS and assure the smooth flow of material inward.

Coordinating with Quality Assurance:

1.Follow-up for the Vendor Questionnaires for any new material and coordinating with QA and supplier until the vendor is approved.

2.In case of GMP campaign, arranging samples of Critical raw materials for vendor approval process as per the site buyer suggestion.

3.Once the Change control is raised by site buyer, Follow-up of change controls for internal stake-holder’s approvals until the Change control approval.

4. Sharing the Raw material failure notifications to the supplier & Follow-up for the investigation report and CAPA receipt from supplier & Coordinating with Supplier and site QA and organizing the vendor audit closure document.
