Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Give instructions to shop floor employees and organizing necessary control measures for avoiding personal injuries, illness, accident, incident and near miss etc.2. Carry out HAZOPS, Hazard & Risk Identification and carry out risk assessment for all PMS products.3. Carry out Job Safety Analysis and suggest corrective & preventive actions to minimize hazard & risk.4. Implement statutory requirements as per Factory Acts, Petroleum Acts, Gas Cylinders Rules and other applicable statutory requirements.5. Procurement of high quality PPE and issuing to employees & maintaining records.6. Monitor the performance of fire protection measures, fire alarm & detection by servicing of all Fire Fighting equipment7. Carry out Internal safety audit & inspections for ensuring compliance of Occupational & Health Management systems and SOPs.8. Investigate investigate/accident/ near miss/ illness /injury cases, industrial diseases and suggest corrective & preventive actions for preventing their recurrences.9. Preparing material safety data sheets and ensures circulation to all departments. Impart training on MSDS.10. Preparing training materials in Telugu & English and impart training to employees, contract workers & casual workers on safety, Fire and First Aid. Carry out evaluation of training programmers.11. Giving permits for hot works, vessel entries and work at height and all other permits.12. Maintain all relevant records and review & update.
