- 1. Cover Retail Outlets in the respective territory
- 2. Achieve assigned monthly Target
- 3. Responsible for New Outlet Opening
- 4. Responsible for New Product Launch
- 5. Manage Distributor in his assigned area
- 6. Achieve POB (Personal Order Booking)Target on a Daily Basis
- 7.Ensure POB execution(secondary)
- 8. Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on a daily basis
- 9. Responsible for repeat & frequent orders from outlets
- 10. Responsible for merchandising & store branding
- Desired Candidate Profile
- • 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry
- • Product understanding
- • Negotiation
- • Good local geographical Knowledge
- • Local Language fluency (Malayalam)
- • Distributor Management
