Job Description/Skills Required
- To handle LCMS Shimadzu 8040 Triple QUADRUPOLE Mass Spectrometer,
- To provide ES-MS, MS/MS, LC-MS and LC-MS/MS support to NDD, API and formulation department.
- LC-MS method development for New Chemical Entity (NCE), API and Finished Products Impurity identification by LC-MS and LC-MS/MS
- Finished Organic intermediates were precisely identified (LCMS, NMR & IR) and analyzed using various analytical Instruments – LC-MS, HPLC, FT-IR, GC, GC-HS, UV-Visible etc.
- Troubleshooting of Analytical Instruments like LCMS, HPLC, GC,GCMS, GCHS etc
- Online Reaction monitoring of chemical reaction by LCMS & GC and confirm the product Formation. Mass identification by ESI & APCI ionization techniques & Trouble shooting.
