Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Responsible for maintaining GLP & GDP in QC department.
- 2. Leads analytical team for stability studies management.
- 3. Well versed with the DI requirement and ensure the compliance.
- 4. Management of stability study samples and necessary requirements.
- 5. Prepare, review and approval of stability study protocols. Specifications, analytical test reports, stability data sheets.
- 6. Ensure and verification of stability Log books/ Analytical Documents and real time documentation in the laboratory.
- 7. Ensure management of stability chambers and stability pulls activities as per schedule at the site.
- 8. To plan and execute stability testing and analytical method validations & transfers wherever required.
- 9. To deal with the manufacturer of stability chambers for any breakdowns, concerns, Periodic calibrations, mappings and AMC.
- 10. Should be well versed with the Digitization platform of the Stability monitoring, scheduling, tracking and reporting.
- 11. Responsible for QC QMS activity i.e. lab incident, Deviation, OOS, OOC, CAPA for their timely initiation, investigation and closer.
- 12. Define stability strategy for products accounting for regulatory submission at various markets.
