Job Description/Skills Required
Assisting Key Business Agenda
- • Design the sales training strategy in alignment with the sales plan for the year
- • Design and rollout of the sales training calendar for the year
- • Ensure low time to productivity of new joiners across sales hierarchy through a robust induction process
- • Design and delivery of development center process for all levels of sales hierarchy
- • Ensure the front line sales is well equipped to meet their productivity targets through need based instructor led training / performance coaching / on the job learning assignments.
- • Partner with technology team to ensure technology adoption and embedment with the sales team e.g. sales force application, distributor management system etc.
- • Evaluation and implementation and adoption of suitable learning management systems for the front line sales
- • Institutionalization and Implementation of best practices in sales development
- • Development of skills of the business training managers and ensuring high engagement
