Job Description/Skills Required
- Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory
- Daily Site rounds for identifying the unsafe act and condition.
- Issuance of work permits and ensures to comply all safety norms
- Preparation of safety documents and record maintenance
- Safety report preparation MIS, governance.
- Monitor safety systems & procedures in the Site
- Conducting safety training programs for employees & contractors
- Conducting process safety and operational safety audits, compliance shall be monitored on timeline
- Procurement, Stock Maintenance of issuance of PPE.
- Incident shall be investigated and CAPAs arrived, monitor the effective closure
- Comply with requirements of the system
- Shall conduct mock drills, safety committee meeting, tool box talk and report preparation
- Shall maintain emergency equipments in good and working condition
