Job description:-.
- Support Sites for Data Integrity (DI) gap assessment
- Review the Gap assessment performed by domestic and International sites based on DI Checklist
- Review the implementation of site level DI Compliance plan
- Support in implementation of maturity assessment and cultural behavioural plan at sites
- DI Audits of India ,UK and US
- Designing and Rollout across organization of Maturity Assessment Methodology and Behavioural Plan
- Conduct DI Steering Committee meetings for all sites
- Conduct DI trainings as per the plan (Onsite on job trainings for site DICOs)
- Qualify Site DICOs
- Face regulatory audits for Global DI activities
- Support Sites for Inspection readiness
- Review DI investigations
- Trending of DI observations across PEL and come up with Improvement Strategy
- Design and implement Innovative ways to improve DI culture across PEL
- Conduct DI workshops across PEL.
