Acquiring and compiling HPLC data for new reference materials. Evaluate market complaints and initiate investigation. Identification of Root Cause Analysis. Documents reviewing of OOS/OOT/CAPA . Review and ensure compliance for CAPA for both internal and external audits. To issue Change control deviation & ensure CAPA & RCA analysis.
