Job Description/Skills Required
- Understand the business requirements to clearly define business use cases and then translate them to functional flows and requirements.
- Ensure the functional design is compliant to the regulatory requirements required in order to enable the customers to remain fully compliant.
- Develop clear requirements, user journeys and UI wireframes to enable UX designers.
- Work with architects and technical leads to make the final technology choices and software developers to develop and execute roadmap. Act as the product owner for a number of components and maintain visibility of the roadmap, investment and execution.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle processes and best practices as well as relevant industry standards
- Mentor engineers on the user need and value the roadmap items.
- Drive software non-functional requirements for agility, scalability, reliability, performance, ease of operation and ease of use.
