Job Description/Skills Required
- Lead & drive the successful implementation of service processes with in global scope and ensure timely, efficient & high quality delivery of projects and other activities.
- Ensure timely execution of the services that he / she is responsible for and accurate & timely reporting of the KPIs to bring in transparency for business partners.
- Build & maintain strong partnerships between function and global customers. Establish & ensure the implementation of quality compliance initiatives in accordance with Novartis Standards.
- Provide inputs for, review & maintain global working practices and standards. Ensure all time readiness for customer & internal audits and follow up on the implementation of agreed CAPAs in the responsible service area.
- Lead & support the development of new services, solutions and projects to meet customer needs and demands. Establish training programs (Technical & Professional skills) for staff and ensure compliance & audit readiness.
- Select, recruit, develop, manage, coach, coordinate & appraise the performance of direct & indirect reporting associates and ensure high quality performance.
- Collaborate with the Group Leader / Function Head & other OC locations to support and ensure the flexible coordination of activities to deliver in accordance with expectations (timeliness & quality). Lead innovation & continuous improvement projects to achieve NTO and Novartis objectives.
