Job description:-.
- Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions. Work with Data Standards Governance groups in line functions to develop conceptual, logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy. Working experience in Graph database modelling is preferred. Working experience in Semantic-web or ontology applications using Resource Description Framework (RDF), RDFS, or the Web Ontology Language (OWL) and similar modern reasoning and knowledge representation (KR) framework such as SKOS (Simple Knowledge Organization System) Develop information models for data exchange Maintain, optimize, and update logical and physical data models to enhance reusability. Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts. Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness. Analyse data-related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions. Review modifications to existing software to improve efficiency and performance. Examine new application design and recommend corrections if required. Undertake programming of modules, packages to support business processes on a given platform/application Drive innovation ideas / discussions and Proof of concept Provide input to project proposals related to new technologies/innovations
