Job Description/Skills Required

• Transfer of process from Lab scale to commercial scale.
• Preparation of (P&IDs) for process systems, perform engineering calculations for mass transfer, heat transfer and fluid flow to specify process stream conditions and construct process flow diagrams (PFDs).
• Continue to enhance process capability and improve product quality, Yield using statistical analysis (Trend analysis) and implementation of improved control strategies. Cost effective & energy saving system implementation, time cycle reduction for existing process and new process.
• To monitor and analyze plant process, equipment performance and production output to support process optimization, improvement in manufacturing efficiency and reduction in cost.
• Provide chemical engineering expertise and input on safety, design, scale-up, equipment selection, and optimization.
• Heat Load Calculation, Line Sizing & Pressure Drop Calculation.
• Providing technical support for troubleshooting activities for Solvent recovery and manufacturing plants / process.
• Identifying area for improvement in process / plant to increase productivity & output.
