Job Description/Skills Required

• Responsible for day-to-day activities of Quality Control Department.
• Reports to Section In-Charge.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the instruments and workplace.
• Sampling and testing of Inprocess, Intermediates, raw materials, Purified/Recovered solvents, water samples, Stability and finished product samples as per the controlled method of analysis.
• Testing of particle size distribution of Inprocess, Intermediates, Stability and finished product samples as per controlled method of analysis.
• Carry out the IR, UV and SOR analysis of Inprocess, Intermediates, raw materials, Stability and finished product samples as per controlled method of analysis.
• Recording the analysis details in respective work book and other relevant log books for each analysis.
• Responsible for preparation of analytical test reports and issuing of approved / rejected labels.
• Responsible for sampled, approved and rejected labels reconciliation.
• Preparation and preservation of retention samples, monitoring the temperature and humidity.
• Review of analytical work sheets and data related to chemical analysis.
• Responsible for the investigation of OOS, OOT, Deviations, Laboratory Occurrences and Incidents as per the controlled procedures.
• Any other relevant entrusted to the person by the immediate supervisor
