Job description:
- Major role in designing and development of Injectable dosage (especially Lyophilized products) forms as per IND/NDA requirements for NCEs. Scale up and optimization of Injectables to support manufacture of clinical trial supplies for Phase I, II and III. Application of QbD principles during development and conduct of DOE studies and process optimization studies for various dosage forms. Preparing Product development reports (PDR), Manufacturing instructions, Batch records, Cleaning verification report, EHS safety report, SOPs and Validation protocol/plan (for Clinical/Commercial manufacturing). Selection and assessment of raw materials and packaging material required for the formulation Process scale up and technology transfer to other locations.
