Skill Requirements:

• Operators – 5 to 8 years of experience in operating equipment in Granulation (Tapasya/ACG), Compression (Sejong), Capsule Filling (Bosch), HME Steer, HAPA Printing, Dry powder line (Anchor), Spray Dryer (Labultima), Bottle Packing & Labelling (CVC), Blister Packing (IMA & CAM) lines.
• Executives – 4 to 8 years of experience in supervising production operations (Manufacturing / Packing / Training Coordination activities)
• Executives / Sr Executives – 7 to 8 years of Experience in QMS activities (Change Controls, Investigations, Incidents, & CAPA preparation)
• Assistant Managers – 10 to 12 years of experience in handling Market Complaints & QMS activities in Packing areas.
• Assistant Managers – 10 to 12 years of experience in managing Blister and Bottle lines within the Oncology block.
• Assistant Manager – 10 to 12 years of experience in overseeing packing line operations and managing manpower.
• Deputy Manager – 10 to 12 years of experience in handling Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) activities.

Work Location: Nagarjuna Sagar – Sterile Injectables

Production (Diploma / B. Sc / B. Pharmacy / M. Sc)

• Assistant Manager – Handling end-to-end sterile injectable manufacturing lines, cGMP compliance, Production, and manpower (10 to 12 yrs of experience)
• Filling Supervisor Supervision of aseptic filling Ops (2 to 3 yrs of experience)
• Packing Supervisor – Supervision of production packaging (B. Pharm.– Fresher)
• QMS – Experience in Production QMS, cGMP, SOPs (4 to 6 yrs of exp)
• Training Supervisor – Supervise Production trainings (B. Pharm. – Fresher)

Engineering (Diploma / B. Sc / B. Tech | 2 to 6 yrs)

• Lyophilizer Operations, Water System & HVAC, Instrumentation.

Warehouse (B.Com / B.Sc / B.Pharm / MBA | 4 to 5 yrs)

• Raw material dispensing, QMS documentation

Microbiology (M.Sc – Microbiology/Biotech | 2 to 6 yrs)

• Media/Disinfectant prep, MLT, BET, Sterility validations, Water & Bioburden tests

Quality Assurance (B.Pharm / M.Sc)

• Assistant Manager – Hands-on experience in IPQA activities (10 to 12 yrs of experience)
• QMS– Handling QMS activities (3 to 5 yrs of experience)
• Validation – Hands-on experience in validation activities (6 to 8 yrs of experience)
