Job Description/Skills Required

Leads run support team and filling needs aligned with business strategy, goals and objectives and required capabilities in support of application SME. The position leads run support, provides support/works on P1/P2 incidents, IT CAPAs and/or perform TrackWise development.

• Leads run support team, interacts with Run team periodically to track the tickets status and progress. Also, guides team to troubleshoot the complex issues received.
• Responsible for tracking the IT CAPA/Problem tickets due dates and take necessary actions. Provide technical solutions for the TrackWise requirements.
• Ability to knowledge transfer the development to operations team.
• Support the operation team to solve complex technical issues.
• Support the migration of TrackWise installations and upgrades.
• Perform solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Proactively connects, collaborates and maintains communication with external and internal stakeholders to analyze the issues/requirements.
• Responsible to maintain Run Book up to date.
• Support run team to troubleshoot the issues related to webservices implementation.
• Should have sound knowledge/experience on TrackWise configuration/Advanced Configurations, crystal reports and basics on Webservices to troubleshoot the issues.
