- Should have knowledge on Pharma environment and the Roles at Plant and distribution centers Should have knowledge of SAP functionality at User level, Cross Module knowledge ,expected to be hands on. This role is to handle cross-functional training needs and employee development within GMP environment (globally and at center level) as well as employee engagement for IT Enablement. Should have knowledge on Pharma environment and the Roles at Plant and distribution centers He/she would participate in defining a global approach for conducting training needs assessment within RBS( Regonal Business Services) center and would lead the effort globaly to create Training content for each roles defined at Plant level and evaluation strategy for each role which is defined by Line managers.
