Job Description/Skills Required.

Research Associate / Scientist In Analytical Research And Development

1. Candidate must possess good and robust technical knowledge of his subject and work.

2. Well versant with HPLC, GC, wet chemical, etc.

3. Analytical Chemistry with at least 4-5 years of experience of multistep API method
development & Validation

4. Candidate must have exposure to deal with regulatory deficiencies & responses.

5. Development of analytical methods by HPLC for the genotoxic impurities.

6. Documentation of analytical method development like entries in Lab note book method
development form instrument and calibration of instrument like pH meter, Balance ,and HPLC.

7. Calibration / performance check of testing equipment.

8. To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

9. Knowledge of NMR/PXRD/LCMS /GCMS besides normal HPLC & GC is a must.

10. Candidate must have excellent academic record and should be able to work in a team
environment.

11. Candidates especially from NIPER shall be given preferential consideration.

Research Associate / Officer In Process Development (PD Lab)

1. Candidate must possess knowledge of Reaction Work up.

2. Should have good knowledge of Characterization

3. Good understanding of the Purification Process, Crystallization.

4. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Column Chromatography.

5. Candidate should have worked upon and must have good knowledge of Scale -Up Process.

6. Selecting various routes for NIP or IP and developing cost effective process technologies to regulated markets.

7. Hands on experience in Process Research & Development, Process Implementation for DMF process, API’s and Intermediates.

8. Costing of molecules, Optimization of process chemistry and operations for Yield and Quality improvement, Cost Reduction, Productivity Enhancement & Technology Transfer from Lab to Plant.

9. Synthesis of Impurities and characterization by NMR.

10.Independently designing, planning and execution of experiments for assessing and improving synthetic routes of APIs and intermediates.
