Job Description/Skills Required
PRODUCTION OPERATIOR – GRANULATION
- Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test for Granulation line (GEA & ACG), Roller compactor (Alexenderwerk & LB Bhole), High pressure homogenizer (GEA), Spheronizer / Merumerizer, Hot melt extruder and Blender.
- Person with knowledge about functioning of Containment work station will get preference.
- Candidate must have worked in companies with major regulatory approvals (like USFDA, MHRA etc.).
- To execute the manufacturing process as per instructions given in manufacturing record.
- Candidate shall be responsible to maintain change part inventory at minimum level.
- Equipment upkeeping through on time completion of machine maintenance in co-ordination with Engineering persons
- To adhere to the standard procedures in the department.
- Candidate must be compliant to GMP and GDP in day to day activities.
- To prioritize and practice the safety principles and company policies in factory premises.
