Roles and Responsibilities
To conduct FTO and novelty searches on various databases for Biosimilar / various Formulations and API
To search on various country patent databases to retrieve equivalent patent information, legal status etc., in different geographies
To prepare patent landscapes, analyze the patent content to summarize their claims and specification.
Patent analysis: i) to check novelty ii) FTO analysis iii) due diligence reports for different geographies
To retrieve, analyze and interpret the file histories of patents and patent applications for different geographies
To prepare patent landscapes for each project
To assist in IP in turn development strategy for each project
To assist in Patent drafting, filing and prosecution procedures
Tracking patents, approvals, filings and litigations etc.,
To assist in drafting and responding to customer queries
To assist in drafting and responding to regulatory queries
