Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and optimize chemical processes for bulk drug production.
Operate reactors, distillation columns, and other equipment in API manufacturing.
Conduct pilot plant trials to scale up processes from lab to commercial scale.
Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during production operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues.
