Job Description/Skills Required

Head Account and Finance

• Participate in business planning and strategy formulation exercises of the company.
• Ensure the overall internal control system in the company is working effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in preparation of the overall annual budget of the company in association with other members of top management.
• Treasury and risk management
• Finalizing the funding arrangement of the company.
• Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts and preparation and adoption of financial statements.
• Good working knowledge of all taxation – direct tax, indirect tax, VAT.
• Must possess knowledge of costing – Job costing, product and process costing.
• Must have knowledge of variance analysis.
• Must have knowledge and experience of financial planning, forecasting & MIS.
• Ability to handle a team of Accounts, SAP, Purchase.

Trainee – R&D Chemist

• Preparation & Standard Solution and its standardization
• Product literature search.
• Maintain R & D experiment record and report to higher authority.
• Analysis method development of new products.
• Housekeeping of R & D laboratory.
• Prepare log sheet of New Product, RMC consumption, Daily new product development status and planning report.
• Design, develop, and characterize novel synthetic products and processes under guidance of seniors
• Observe, analyse, calculate and evaluate results from laboratory work to improve processes and communicate data.

ITI Fitter

• Rotating and static equipment maintenance work experience require
• Education:- ITI Fitter / chemical plant Experience
• Equipment experience like Reactor (SS/MSGL/MSTL/), heat exchanger, vapour column, Mechanical seal, Gearbox, pumps, agitators, vacuum pump, SFD, spray dryer, boiler, chilling plant, air compressor, nitrogen plant, cooling tower, steam ejector, vacuum booster, valve, PPRC/MS/SS pipe line fabrication, all general work like alignment, gasket replacement , pressure testing ETC
• If fresher/ trainee than should be require toolkit knowledge (like spanners and safety PPEs )

Business Development Executive

• Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients as per guidance of sales head.
• Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches and payments on daily basis.
• Handling export shipments
• Sending export samples, track them till the reach to the clients.
• Coordinating with Clients till they receive export shipment.
• The Sales Coordinator must liaison between other departments, transporters and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs in time restraints.
• Managing issues with clients and provide customer support.
• The Sales Coordinator is required to manage CRM and manage reports for the department progress.
• Prepare Sales CRM / MIS, Client orders / follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor / client data, Export & Import data.
• Assist in compilation of Sales data.
• Churn data to find new customer perform all activity to generate interest in our products
• Convert each prospect to a customer
• Periodically report targets use actual versus achieved them always

R&D Chemist

• Preparation & Standard Solution and its standardization
• Sample analysis for R & D batches and custom synthesis
• GC and HPLC Analysis
• Product literature search.
• Support to plant trial (Technology transfer lab to plant).
• Maintain R & D experiment record and report to higher authority.
• Analysis method development of new products.
• Managing staff and housekeeping of R & D laboratory.
• Prepare log sheet of New Product, RMC consumption, Daily new product development status and planning report.
• Design, develop, and characterize novel synthetic products and processes under guidance of seniors
•  Observe, analyse, calculate and evaluate results from laboratory work to improve processes and communicate data.
