Job Description/Skills Required
- Perform IPQA operations at various stage of Dispensing, Manufacturing and Packaging.
- In-process checks on vial line and BFS line i.e. filling, sealing, leak test , visual inspection, AQL inspection.
- Review of daily printouts i.e CIP/SIP printouts, steam sterilizer printouts, temperature & humidity, filter integrity reports, glove integrity reports, NNVPC reports.
- Sampling at various process stages i.e. bulk sampling, FP sampling , Control sample , stability sample and method validation sample for BET , bioburden and sterility.
- SOP , Protocol preparation and review.
- Ensure and perform the calibration of in-process instrument as applicable.
- Provide support during execution of qualification and re-qualification of the equipment and system as per requirement.
- Review of Master and executed Batch Manufacturing Record and packing record.
