Job Description/Skills Required
* Maintain correspondence & Employee’s Personal file and its Reference list
* Monitoring of Daily call Records (DCR) of MR
* Manager v/s MR – DCR Comparison
* Tour Plan (TP) Deviation Report
* 1st line Manager’s area coverage report
* Finalize penalty list for T.P. & DCR unlock due to late reporting.
* Preparation of Administrative Reports for Meetings & office record for managers (as per standard format)
* Preparation of Manager Working Analysis
* Field staff summary (Designation, State, Rank wise & 2nd line manager onwards coverage summary) & Field staff summary (As per working period, age, rank)
* Maintain new joiners detail & correspondence
* Checking of voucher, distance & DA policy (expense approval)
*Outcome of all reports sends to field/field-co-ordination dept.
* Audit of all approved expenditure in terms of DA, TA Vouchers etc.
* Leave calculation / updating/MIS
* MIS of reimbursement like travelling, telephone, courier etc.
* MIS of pending/done full & final.
* Maintain advance ledger, making bank transfer, Advance reconciliation from SAP.
