JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the Calls through voice.
- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound calls on support numbers. Answer questions about products or the company.
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Keep accurate records. Coordinating with other departments of the organization.
- Compensation: As per industry standard
- Requirement: Previous experience in a customer support role, Customer focus, and adaptability to different personality types, Proficiency with computers, Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
