Job Description/Skills Required
1. Responsible for Product Quality and cGMP compliance of QC labs and support areas.2. To ensure lab inspection readiness in line with established standard operating procedures.3. Review and approve protocols and reports for Method Validation, Method Transfer, Process Validation and Stability.4. Execute and approve laboratory investigations.5. Verify the procedural gaps, practices and controls with respective standards/guidelines.6. Perform the activity as per privileges assigned in LIMS, LMS, EDMS, empower software and not limited to these.7. Make decisions and set priorities related to product disposition, stability testing, investigations, commitments and other supported site activities.8. Support in evaluating technical competency of candidates during recruitment.9. Propose budget and other requirements to senior management for smooth operation of lab.10.Provide leadership, management, evaluation and training to laboratory employees.11.Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ activities of all analytical and microbiology instruments.12. Work with outside groups to facilitate execution of assigned projects.
