Job Description/Skills Required
- We have an opening for the position of MICROBIOLOGIST in QUALITY CONTROL
- Responsible for conduct milk tests and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packing materials and other Milk & Milk Products in line with HFL quality standards and effective implementation of FSMS guidelines.
- Conduct inspection tests of incoming & outgoing milk & milk Products.
- Conduct microbiological analysis of Milk & Milk Products, raw and packing materials.
- Propagation and maintenance of cultures to meet the production requirements.
- Monitoring Culture requirements and Indent.
- Implementation of SOPs & Adherence of ISO Norms and documentation.
- Regular Inspecting Plant Hygiene and maintain Cleanliness of Plant & Equipments.
- Continuous strive towards improvement (or) refinement of Quality Standards / Practices.
- Identify & enhance the skill levels of Quality Staff.
- Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
