Brief Job Description:
- Responsible to drive and implement operational excellence program to meet Organization’s goals & KPIs
- Focus to decrease operational cost, streamline processes and align continuous improvement activities within the site
- Responsible for building Lean Culture and sustain high level of effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide coaching & training on Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodologies >Organize and facilitate kaizen / Rapid Improvement Events
- Conduct maturity assessment and develop action plans
- Ensure the high compliance of discipline, cGMP and 55 in the work areas
- Candidate Preference:Should have command on statistical analysis and visualization software like MINITAB, JMP, Power Bl etc.Should have knowledge on Pharma/Biotech Quality guidelines ICH, EU and US-FDA, QMS, Upstream-Downstream processing etc.
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical, facilitation and communication skills, must be a team player
