Job Description/Skills Required
- Maintaining and Review of documents such as BPR, Logs Books, Calibration records.
- Line clearance, proof checking and line setup.
- In process checks of multiple lines like blister and strip pack line.
- Filling of various Online rejection of material, Material complaints, Excess materials return and Excess consumption of material
- Online filling and updating the logs.
- Execute the production plan as per shift operations to achieve consistent product quality, quantity and yield.
- Accountability of manpower utilization, departmental discipline, maximum utilization of the available resources.
- Online job training to workers and subordinates, based on SOPs and evaluation, Actively involved in announced and unannounced audits.
- Receiving and verification of primary and secondary packing material from store.
- Capable of maintaining both primary and secondary packing.
