Job Description/Skills Required
- Online Review of the BMR/ECR on shop floor to ensure contemporaneous and Verifying the SOP and procedural compliance.
- Quality Management System Documents related to Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, and Manufacturing Compliance.
- Co-ordination between plant and QA for all QMS related Activities.
- Preparation and execution of Qualification Documents.
- Day to day Production activity with cGMP work exposure like documents preparation, check, review in respect to regulatory audit in API Pharma industry.
- Internal audit and its compliance.
- Prepare documents like SOP, BMR, and ECR etc.
- Investigation the cause of batch failure and take corrective and preventive action against the batch failure.
- Handling OOS/ OOT /Customer complaints Investigation.
- Exposure in Production area with regulatory body audit exposure.
- Training to subordinates.
