Designation: Executive / Sr Executive
Department : PPIC
1. Material planning : Calculation of materials (RM & PM) and arranging it on time by
coordination with purchase in a way to avoid shortage or excess inventory.
2. Updation of Order in Order book and timely closure of orders
3. Prepare 6 months plan for material planning
4. Production and Day wise schedule
5. Knowledge of Manufacturing areas for Day wise scheduling activities.
6. Should be well conversant with M.S. Excel
7. Should have basic knowledge of Regulatory filings and Quality Assurance concept and documents Types
8. To coordinate with RM/PM/API and Engineering items purchase teams
9. Coordination with Packaging development team for timely release and approval of Artworks and issuance of base documents for batch record preparation.
10. Overall knowledge of Material planning, Capacity and production planning and Supply Planning.
