Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
* 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/IPQA within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
* Mandatory: Must have experience working in a USFDA-approved or equivalent regulatory approved (e.g., EU-GMP) facility.
Technical Expertise:
* Essential Hands-on experience in the IPQA function specifically for Metered-Dose Inhalers (MDI), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPI), and/or Nasal Dosage Forms.
* In-depth knowledge of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities, including line clearance, intermediate checks, bulk sampling, and documentation review.
* Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory guidelines applicable to the respective dosage forms.
* Perform timely and comprehensive in-process checks and monitoring of all manufacturing and packaging operations.
* Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing/Packaging Records.
* Execute line clearance/changeover procedures and maintain their documentation.
* Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and potential quality issues promptly.
* Support regulatory audits and internal quality inspections as required.
