Job Description/Skills Required
- Maintenance of pharma manufacturing blocks, R&D Labs, building structures, infrastructure, roads, Sheds, landscape, water bodies, sewerage systems, Plumbing & Drain lines experience.
- Assisting in planning, designing and performing execution, supervision of new constructions/modifications and repair works.
- Lab/office furniture modifications and new installation design/supervision jobs.
- Independently executing civil projects for labs as well as general repairs and modification works.
- Update documents like site layout, as built drawings. AUTO CAD expert will be preferred.
- Shall have previous experience of working in maintenance/projects department of industry preferably Pharmaceutical Company.
- Working in shifts and 6 days working required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
