Job Description/Skills Required
- 1) Operation & maintenance of utility systems like Diesel Generators, PCC Panels, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water System, Purified Water System, Compressors, Nitrogen Generators etc.
- 2) Operation & maintenance of HVAC system, which includes AHUs, Building Management System etc.
- 3) Update/ Review operational Documentation like Utility Equipment Log book, filter cleaning schedule / records, Utility consumption records etc.
- 4) Execute the PM / AMC of AHU, Chiller, Cooling tower, Hot Water System etc.
- 5) Previous experience of operation & maintenance of DG, Electrical System, Chillers, Hot Water System and AHU required.
- 6) Preferably have working experience at Pharmaceutical R&D / Pharma Manufacturing / Clinical Trials Centers/Hospitals or similar type of institutions.
- 7) Good interpersonal and communication skills
