Job Description/Skills Required
- To drive Process improvement program/ Continuous improvement projects across all FML sites to make the product robust & to ensure sustenance of improved projects.
- Drive Six Sigma molecule program.
- To co-ordinate and interact with functional departments for the smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
- Provide technical guidance, support and oversight to trouble shooting issues to site team.
- To explore & initiate Automation, Digitalization across the sites wherever necessary for business.
- Monitor OEE across the sites & to take improvement projects whenever require.
- Support Site improvement Lead for TPM with day-to-day tracking of pillar progress.
Desired Candidate Profile –
- Knowledge on Oral solid dosage forms. Derma, Respiratory dosage forms knowledge will have additional advantage.
- Hands on experience on Formulation equipments like FBP, RMG, Compression machine, Coater etc.
- Lean Six Sigma
- Good knowledge on Process Optimization, Scale up & Technology Transfer.
- Trouble Shooting on technical issues.
- Hands on experience in various statistical tools like Minitab
- Hands on experience on OEE, TPM, 5S & other OpEx related activities.
- Proficient on Excel, Power Point, Minitab.
